AFC North Headline Of The Day...

Let's get one thing straight right now, Kevin Cowherd -- You may make fun of our team. You may make fun of our city. You may make fun of our accents. You may make fun of our fans. But you do NOT make fun of our tasty sandwiches.

By the way, the headline of Cowherd's article? "Why Ravens fans hate Pittsburgh: Weird foods."

Yeah, that's a pretty friggin' stupid headline, dude. First of all, I'm all for hyperbole, but I don't even what know you call this editorial device. He's branched out into a whole different realm of journalism, here. Bad journalism.

Anyways, I personally couldn't care less about Kevin Cowherd and his undoubtedly intellectually stimulating and poignant piece on Ravens fans' aversion to good food. But maybe you do.

Either way, I couldn't care MORE about these here links...

Super busy right now so haven't had time to comb more of blogosphere. Thus, list may be appended as day progresses. Send me good karma.

Maybin going to the draft?? That blows! I don't know the article says first round, but he's small for a DE and he's only been starting for a year. He'd be one hell of a LB, but we'll see.

the city of baltimore enjoys the fine tradition of selling chicken wings individually on street corners. the popular form of currency is welfare checks.

although, those lucky enough to get out of the warzone which is the inner city can enjoy delicious crab cakes.

most liveable city vs. the wire. who you got?

But to be fair, I'm willing to bet it's significantly easier to get crack in Baltimore, so...

Dude, before Christmas we had lunch with some Londoner colleagues who had just come in from Pittsburgh, and had just discovered the joys of Primanti Bros.

They made us sit through the description of the entire sandwich, and were totally gobsmacked by it. "And they put the *chips* right IN. TO. THE. Sandwich, joy!"

That's what I'm sayin, Pat! We're gonna have to throw down. Pittsburgh will not stand for this kind of bullshit. Viva Lebeau!
