AFC North Headline Of The Day [Late Edition]...

Ok, now correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't Carson Palmer been the so-called "leader" of the Bangles for several years now? I mean, I know he missed most of last season with a bruised vagina. But if it wasn't him, then WHO was the leader? Chad Johnson? Kill yourself.

But, stepping back for a moment. If Carson Palmer is your team leader, what exactly does that say about you?

Sorry, you can't really write a post about Carson Palmer and not use that image. It's one of the unwritten rules of sports blogging. Comes right after - "When all else fails, see YouTube," and "Photoshop is your friend."

Anyways, the part I found most entertaining about this article was that the whole thing talks about Carson Palmer being a leader, and yet, when they ask him if he's spoken with his current #1 receiver, of course he hasn't.

Leadership fail.

I understand that he's not completely of sound mind. We all remember the time he raced a horse. But, you know, you might want to at least try and talk to the guy who has the skill level to actually allow your team some success. Or maybe you think Laverneus Coles is the answer...

I don't know. I'm just a Steelers blogger.

Oh yeah, and not to celebrate it or anything, but since we're talking about Carson Palmer...

Man, what a surreal moment. You can't really be excited that someone's knee just got torn in half. But at the same time, after that first pass, it was certainly somewhat of a relief. Although, I admit that at the time I was still pretty scared of Jon Kitna. I can pretty much say the same thing about anyone who has God that far on his side.

That God, man. He's a good dude.

Dear Carson Palmer,

The Bungles have sucked, do suck, and always will suck.

Great, now I want a chili dog.

Sportswriters probably still feel that Palmer is better than Big Ben.

I don't blame carson for not talking to Mr. Cinco....Who would want to talk to Chad Johnson, really?

When your starting running back is Cedric Benson you're going places.

Hey, I wouldn't wanna talk to Chad Johnson, myself. But then, I wouldn't wanna be the Bengals "leader" either, so...

PS - Dan Kreider to Arizona.
